Membership Terms

1. Eligibility
All memberships are strictly 21+. Membership is personal to the member named at signup unless guest benefits state otherwise.
2. Tiers and pricing
Standard rates: Sprout $29/month or $290/year; Bloom $89/month or $890/year; Canopy $350/month or $3,500/year. SSW offers three founding packages: Sprout, Bloom, and Canopy. Each is announced on the Membership page with its founding price and founding cap. Full package details are published as they are confirmed. Details marked as coming soon are not part of the membership promise until they are published.
3. Founding presale
Founding presale rates: Sprout $23/month or $230/year, cap 500; Bloom $71/month or $710/year, cap 200; Canopy $280/month or $2,800/year, cap 25. Founding rates are locked for the first 12 months from acceptance, then renew at the standard rate. The Founding designation is permanent. No lifetime rate is promised.
4. Billing and cancellation
Monthly memberships bill each month; annual memberships bill once per year. You may cancel anytime; cancellation stops future billing. Memberships are non-transferable.
5. What membership never includes
Membership never includes a guaranteed cannabis or THC product. SSW is not a dispensary and does not offer or sell cannabis or THC products. Partner brands may offer complimentary products to members 21+ for the brands' marketing purposes, including at events and, where legal, inside the Stash Box.
6. Honesty commitment
We will never present unresolved (“to be announced”) benefits as confirmed, promise lifetime rates, or publish member counts or revenue figures until they are true.
