1. 21+ only
This website and everything Sustainably Stoned World (“SSW”, “we”) offers are strictly for adults 21 and older. By using this site you confirm you are 21 or older.
2. What SSW is
SSW is a 21+ plant culture membership world: social club memberships, IRL events, festivals, brand activations, the monthly Stash Box, and educational content. SSW is not a dispensary and does not offer or sell cannabis or THC products. Partner brands may offer complimentary products to members and guests 21+ at events and, where legal, inside the Stash Box, for the brands' marketing purposes.
3. Content is not medical advice
Site content, including Mind programming and Journal posts, is culture and education only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Peer support circles are facilitated peer support, not therapy. Talk to a qualified professional about your health. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (US).
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to bypass the 21+ age gate, misrepresent your age, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.
5. Intellectual property
Site content, including the SSW wordmark and copy, is owned by SSW or its licensors. You may not reproduce it without permission except as fair use allows.
6. Purchases and programs
Memberships are governed by the Membership Terms, Stitchcoin by the Stitchcoin Program Terms, and the Stash Box by the Stash Box Terms, each disclosed before purchase.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SSW is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. The site is provided “as is.”
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
